    A lack of communication upon arrival is unacceptable!!! I expect to be informed if my reservation may be an issue before I arrive!!! A more reliable keyless entry system could prevent inconveniences!!!

    A Lovely Overnight Escape in Sandbach!

    We enjoyed a peaceful night in a comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was good, especially the warmed croissant! Don't miss the nearby Fish and Chip shop-the food was fantastic and the prices reasonable. A charming little getaway that left us smiling!

    Phil and ann were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Our cozy double room was perfect for us and our dog. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with lots of tasty options, made every morning enjoyable. Plus, the conservatory was a lovely spot to relax.
